Orders placed through The Social Fans are digital services and may begin processing immediately after payment confirmation. For this reason, once an order has started processing, it generally cannot be canceled.
1. When Cancellation May Be Considered
Cancellation requests may be considered only in the following limited cases, subject to review:
- Order not started within 72 hours after payment (excluding force majeure and platform-wide disruptions)
- Incorrect delivery due to our error (e.g., delivered to an incorrect target provided correctly by the user)
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery that cannot be corrected through re-delivery
2. Before Processing Starts
If you notice an issue (such as an incorrect link/username or selecting a wrong option) and your order has not started processing yet, please contact support immediately. We may be able to update the target details or the order where technically possible. Once processing starts, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
3. Non-Accepted Cancellation Reasons
Cancellations are not accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind after the order starts processing
- User-provided incorrect or incomplete information (wrong username/link/content)
- Target account/content becoming private, restricted, removed, or changed during processing
- Platform limitations, audits, algorithm/policy changes, rate limits, or other third-party restrictions
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a cancellation is approved, any refund decision (partial/full) will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy. In many cases, our primary remedy is re-delivery / re-processing rather than cancellation.
5. How to Request Cancellation Review
To request a cancellation review, contact support and include your order number and the target username/link. Requests will be evaluated based on delivery logs and service status.
By placing an order, each customer is deemed to have read and accepted this Cancellation Policy.
